The first stage of this $76 million, 10 Year City Centre Regeneration Program for City of Canning is located at Cecil Avenue. Landscape Elements were engaged by Georgiou Group to undertake landscape and irrigation works which involved an upgrade to include street furniture, wider footpaths, extra trees for shade and a fresh range of plants.
Carousel Shopping Centre is one of the busiest shopping precincts in Perth Metro and this was heightened with the large increase in Christmas shoppers. Our team successfully navigated the challenges that come with a project that is set within such a very busy traffic and pedestrian area.
