Landscape Elements loves supporting staff in out of work team activities and events. Not only does it build strong relationships between staff that helps create a more enjoyable workplace, but we find it also carries through to create a supportive working environment where staff pitch in to help each other. We feel that our ability to always meet project deadlines is attributed to our staff relationships.
In 2019 we will be providing our staff with the opportunity to be part of Landscape Elements’ True Grit team – this was a great hit last year and staff enjoyed it so much we are also looking at sponsoring a team for Mud Fest. Our Indoor Bowls team will continue and we are constantly open to staff requests for our sponsorship on events that align with our core values.
