This was the main Public Open Space for the subdivision. The large playground and shade structure was a focal point, together with custom made furniture and hardware. There was also extensive streetscape works to the internal lot roads. It was one of the lowest points for the subdivision so the area required two man made drainage compensation basins that acted as a nutrient stripping basin for the water prior to it entering into the Canning River catchment. The result was an extremely aesthetic green space that provided a focal point for the subdivision and its marketing.
