Ocean Reef saw the construction of 2 new link roads from Ocean Reef Rd towards the boat harbour, to which there was a grand total area of approximately 14,000m2 requiring soft landscaping treatment. Around 5,000m2 of this was jute matting required on steep embankments in sections (being no easy task), with the remainder of the areas requiring pine bark mulch.
The externals to site also received conservation fencing installed both in the ground and into the top of the retaining walls as required. The landscaping was made complete with around 370 trees, 55,400 tubestock plants and 17,000 rabbit guards.
