The brief for the project was to reconstruct the existing water body into a major feature of the cemetery as well as serving as an irrigation lake for the site. The work included major bulk civil works and the supply and installation of major pumping and bore headworks infrastructure. The design and construction of the boardwalk included 3.5m pylons. A feature pump house and pavilion were built by Landscape Elements.
